If your tracking number does not show updates, don’t worry — international tracking may take time to sync across carriers.

  3. Notify our support team — we’ll help you open an investigation with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund after the courier’s investigation is completed.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery, depending on warehouse location and availability.

Everdries cannot predict or control such charges.


11. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable reshipping fees.

Refunds for unclaimed or undeliverable packages will be issued minus original shipping costs, once the product is received back at our warehouse.

  2. Shipping Confirmation – once your order leaves our warehouse.
  3. Tracking Updates – automatically sent as your package progresses.

13. Delivery Guarantee

If your order has not arrived within 45 days (depending on the destination), please contact our support team.

We will investigate and, if confirmed delayed or lost, we may offer a replacement or full refund according to your situation.
