2. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be returned in its original packaging;
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear);
- Sale or clearance items;
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
3. Return Process

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Everdries is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide photos or videos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Everdries reserves the right to inspect and verify claims of damage before approving replacements or refunds.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our support team before returning your product to confirm availability.
In some cases, we may offer a store credit or partial refund instead of an exchange, depending on product stock and location.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after placement.
After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we will not be able to modify or cancel it.
If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, please contact us — we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is processed.
10. Items Lost in Transit
If your package is lost or stuck in transit for more than 45 days (depending on the destination country), please contact us.
We will open an investigation with our logistics partners.
If confirmed as lost, Everdries may issue a replacement or refund based on the case.
11. International Returns
International orders may be subject to customs clearance fees, duties, or taxes that are non-refundable.
Everdries is not responsible for additional costs or delays caused by customs processes.
